Carnival Cruise Line’s Mardi Gras is the company’s newest and largest cruise ship. Despite being the first cruise ship in North America powered by LNG and the world’s first roller coaster, guests have more dining options than ever before.
Mardi Gras offers 22 different dining options. The majority of them are free, and not all venues are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The following are the dining options for Mardi Gras breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Options marked with a dollar sign ($) come with an additional charge. (For a limited time during the inaugural season on Mardi Gras, you’ll have your choice of complimentary dining at specialty restaurants Cucina del Capitano, Chibang! and Guy’s Pig & Anchor Smokehouse every evening after 7:30.)

The ship will have a lobster night on the main dining room menu as well as in the Cucina del Capitano and Chibang restaurants!
The Mardi Gras will begin sailing from Port Canaveral later this summer, offering week-long Caribbean cruises. It is the first of three Excel class ships to be added to Carnival Cruise Line’s fleet.
