IHG Hotels and Resorts announced that it has signed a management agreement with Samplast Resorts to open a Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Jalandhar GT Road, Punjab. The 110-key hotel is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024.
A strategically located property, the property is located on the Grand Trunk Road, another name for NH1, which connects Delhi and Amritsar. The hotel is located near the city’s central business district and shopping areas. Additionally, a strip mall adjacent to it will offer multiple dining options.
The Holiday Inn Express and Suites Jalandhar GT Road will offer well-appointed guestrooms with state-of-the-art amenities. The hotel will house the ‘Great Room’, a bar and a lounge.
Other amenities will include a fitness centre, meeting rooms, 1,393 square meters of banquet space, as well as signature amenities.
